We’re sorry you didn’t love the product you bought. But fear not! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the product.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
Please note that the original shipping charges are not refunded.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please email to service@floraliaorganics.com with your order number and the name of the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll take care of it from there.
Return slip:
Floralia Organics packages don’t include return slips. Just email to service@floraliaorganics.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What to do if you receive the wrong product:
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we are really sorry (and quite embarrassed)
